• Create, develop, and validate new products from customer requirements, including concept feasibility, design validation, manufacturing process, and PPAP approvals.
• Collaborate with a global multidisciplinary team to develop and launch innovative new products.
• Oversee product line maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective products.
• Benchmark competitive equipment and address manufacturing issues.
