Job summary

Doodie Calls, LLC. is seeking a Portable Restroom Driver/Operator to operate the pump truck on predetermined routes, collecting waste from portable sanitation units and depositing it into the truck. This role includes both full-time and part-time hours with non-exempt status under the FLSA.

Location is Punta Gorda, FL. The position pays $20-28 per hour, with higher pay for CDL holders. Benefits include 401(k), health, life, vision, PTO, and more; candidates must meet license and experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a pump truck.
• 3 years of required commercial driving experience, 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates pump truck on a pre-determined route; safely controls the pump as required to collect receptacles and deposit their contents in the truck.
• Performs and documents pre-operation safety checks on vehicle prior to embarking on route.
• Transports waste to the proper location for processing and/or disposal.
• Maintains logs of pickup times, daily mileage, and dump logs.
• Notifies dispatchers and/or supervisors of delays, unsafe sites, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and documenting the same.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Portable Restroom Driver/Operator operates the pump truck on pre-determined routes, controlling the truck's pump or similar equipment to collect waste from portable sanitation units and deposit their contents into the truck.

Job Classification

Full-time & Part-time; non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Pay Scale

$20-28 an hour (Non CDL = $20-24 and CDL = $25-28)

Responsibilities

• Facilitates proper maintenance and mechanical service on truck by appropriate mechanics.

• Maintains logs of pickup times, daily mileage, and dump logs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
