Job summary

Doodie Calls, LLC. seeks a Portable Restroom Driver/Operator to run the pump truck on pre-determined routes, collecting waste from portable units and depositing it into the truck.

This full-time and part-time, non-exempt role in Hutto/Austin, TX offers $20-28 per hour (CDL higher). Responsibilities include safety checks, refueling, basic maintenance, logs, and on-time route completion. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License or similar classification to operate a pump truck.
• 3 years of required commercial driving experience, 5 years preferred
• Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be located in the Hutto/Austin, TX area

Responsibilities

• Operates pump truck on a pre-determined route; safely controls the pump as required to collect receptacles and deposit their contents in the truck.
• Performs and documents pre-operation safety checks on vehicle prior to embarking on route.
• Refuels truck and performs basic maintenance.
• Facilitates proper maintenance and mechanical service on truck by appropriate mechanics.
• Transports waste to the proper location for processing and/or disposal.
• Notifies dispatchers and/or supervisors of delays, unsafe sites, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and documenting the same.
• Maintains logs of pickup times, daily mileage, and dump logs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Portable Restroom Driver/Operator operates the pump truck on pre-determined routes, controlling the truck's pump or similar equipment to collect waste from portable sanitation units and deposit their contents into the truck.

Job Classification:

Full-time & Part-time; non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Pay Scale:

$20-28 an hour (Non CDL = $20-24 and CDL = $25-28)
