Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical training, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with calibration, test equipment, and data recording.
• Comfort with 480VAC electrical equipment and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and clear technical communication.
• Forklift operation certification required.
• Willingness to work second shift after training.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate, operate, and repair pumps per specifications and blueprints.
• Set up and run test equipment to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Record test data, analyze results, and report findings.
• Disassemble/reassemble pumps and inspect for defects or modifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test systems.
• Facilitate witness testing sessions and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and follow safety protocols.
