Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. in Twin Falls, Idaho, is hiring a Pump Technician to join our Manufacturing / Operations / Quality team. You will perform end-to-end assembly, testing, and packaging of pumps and kits, while following quality, safety, and process procedures.

You will diagnose and repair units, document findings, and support warehouse logistics as needed. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to tight tolerances, and the ability to read technical instructions.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude for pump services with ability to disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot and rebuild pump assemblies.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high quality and precise tolerances.
  • Ability to spot wear, damage or non-conformance and document findings accurately.
  • Ability to read and follow technical blueprints, manuals and safety rules.
  • 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing position is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to quality, safety and procedural standards per Franklin Electric system.
  • Assemble, test and package pumps and kits to meet production schedules.
  • Diagnose, repair and rebuild returned or serviced pump units.
  • Perform quality control tests and assist with warehouse logistics.
