Responsibilities

• Actively promote and lead E-Tank’s Safety Culture and ensure PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out compliance.
• Provide day-to-day instruction, mentoring, and training to Pump Tech I and II; inspect work for quality and safety.
• Direct teams through setup, operation, and teardown of job sites; enforce safety standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on pumps, priming systems, centrifugal systems, and electrical systems; diagnose engine and trailer issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and branch staff; align performance with branch goals; foster cross-team collaboration.

Pump Technician III – All Locations

The Pump Technician III is an advanced-level role focused on leadership, training, and quality assurance. This position requires mastery of pump systems, electrical troubleshooting, and field leadership. Pump Technicians III provide day-to-day instruction and mentoring to Pump Technicians I and II, direct teams in jobsite setup and teardown, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. They serve as technical experts and customer-facing leaders for E‑Tank’s operations.

Pump Technician III is a leadership‑level role, serving as a role model for safety, quality, and customer service. Successful performance may lead to advancement into supervisory roles such as Shop Foreman, Operations Manager, or specialized technical positions within the company.

Type

Full‑Time, Hourly, Must be available to work assigned shifts, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and emergency call‑ins. Participation in the on‑call rotation is required.
