The position is Full-Time, hourly, with shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation; extensive branch-based fieldwork and customer interactions are expected. Demonstrated leadership and safety orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced-level technical and diagnostic expertise with pumps and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Pipe Fusion and advanced troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform strenuous daily tasks.
• Strong leadership, safety, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and lead E-Tank’s Safety Culture and ensure PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out compliance.
• Provide day-to-day instruction, mentoring, and training to Pump Tech I and II; inspect work for quality and safety.
• Direct teams through setup, operation, and teardown of job sites; enforce safety standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on pumps, priming systems, centrifugal systems, and electrical systems; diagnose engine and trailer issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and branch staff; align performance with branch goals; foster cross-team collaboration.
