Job summary

Mackenzie Stuart, partnered with a leading global infrastructure consulting firm, seeks a Pump Station Lead to support delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a senior technical role for an engineer with specialist expertise in pump and valve systems or pump station hydraulics.

You will lead technical delivery, develop designs, provide construction support, and contribute to planning and resource management within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ engineering experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Specialist knowledge of pumps, valves and mechanical systems, or pump station hydraulics.
• Proven experience leading and delivering pump station projects.
• Ability to manage interfaces within multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of pump station projects within water and wastewater programmes.
• Develop and review pump station designs, specifications and deliverables.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing and commissioning.
• Support project planning, fee estimates, programs and resource requirements.

Job Title Pump Station Lead

We are searching for an experienced Pump Station Lead to support the delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a senior technical role for an engineer with specialist expertise in either pump and valve systems or pump station hydraulics.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the technical delivery of pump station projects within water and wastewater programmes.
• Developing and reviewing pump station designs, specifications and technical deliverables.
• Providing technical support during construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Supporting project planning, fee estimates, programs and resource requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years’ engineering experience within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector.
• Specialist knowledge of pumps, valves and associated mechanical systems, or pump station hydraulics and hydraulic modelling.
• Proven experience leading and delivering pump station projects.
• Proven ability to manage technical interfaces and work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
