Job summary

Horner Industrial Group is seeking a Pump Repair Estimator & Service Coordinator to prepare accurate repair estimates, source replacement parts, and coordinate job processes for timely completion and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers, along with adherence to ISO 9001 and quality standards in a mechanical repair environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates, evaluating repair vs replacement costs.
• Draft formal repair quotes and job task tickets for shop processes.
• Inspect incoming equipment and parts to determine repairs or replacements.
• Source and price replacement parts and components.
• Generate troubleshooting analyses with repair quotes.
• Track and coordinate repair processes for timely completion.
• Maintain job status updates in ERP and communicate details.
• Review inspection docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Report defects or delays to Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with operations, shop supervisors and customer service on estimating and service processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
