Skilled Technician Needed - Vacuum Pump and Compressor Assembly

Senior Metal Bellows has been a leader for over 70 years in developing custom-engineered bellows-based products for demanding industries. We create unique solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Perform complex precision assembly and testing of standard and custom vacuum pumps/compressors, including component assembly, inspection, leak checks, and functional testing.
• Maintain Operator Authorization(s) and work from detailed drawings and instructions.
• Assemble parts using hand and power tools, perform functional tests, and set up testing systems.
• Ensure quality and productivity, troubleshoot issues, and adjust machinery/tools as needed.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, and send for further inspection if required.
• Package compressors securely for transit.
• Document processes using Oracle, MS Word, and Excel.
• Apply SPC techniques to monitor quality standards.
• Prep and paint compressors as needed.
• Assist and train team members.
• Use basic computer systems for labor transactions.

What You Bring:

• Basic computer skills for labor transactions and other functions.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of technical experience.
