DXP is seeking a Customer Service Pump Applications Representative in Grand Prairie, TX. You will select and specify pump equipment, prepare proposals, respond to customer questions, and process orders in our system.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with pumps and rotating equipment.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with basic software and able to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and specify pump equipment.
• Prepare equipment proposals utilizing support tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pump products and services.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Check stock availability and verify ship dates.
• Process orders in the operating system.
• Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
