The Iten Industries, Inc. Pultrusion Saw Operator position is a hands-on role in Ohio, responsible for setting up, operating and cutting fiberglass or composite materials to specification.

• Assists in setting up of saw.
• Obtains schedule and work orders to be used in production process.
• Prepares and releases materials for production.
• Performs quality checks on material.
• Prepares product for shipping.
• Operates tow motor when necessary.
• Assists other employees in troubleshooting issues.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Job Description Summary:

The Pultrusion Saw Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and cutting fiberglass or composite materials according to production specifications. This position ensures continuous operation of the equipment, maintains quality standards, and performs routine checks to verify product dimensions and integrity. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Trains and works under the supervision of experienced press operator/trainers;
• Assists in setting up of saw.
• Obtains schedule and work orders to be used in production process;
