Job summary

Iten Industries, Inc. in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Pultrusion Operations Manager to lead pultrusion production, ensure safety, quality, and schedule fulfillment while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with the CEO, Director of Operations, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to optimize yield, product quality, and process stability, and to support new product development and customer sampling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years supervising pultrusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of pultrusion, fiberglass, composites, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SPC and ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to pultrusion production personnel.
• Oversee daily production activities, staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Ensure equipment setup, operation, and maintenance meet production needs.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training for pultrusion processes.
• Develop PWIs/SOPs and quality documentation; drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
