Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions is seeking a Pultrusion Operator I to operate pultrusion equipment and inspect rod bodies for defects. You will document production activity, pack finished rods, and move items to the assembly area, while maintaining safety and following company procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and at least 6 months of Pultrusion Operator I experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a Pultrusion Operator I position and proven mastery of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pultrusion Machines.
• Maintain visual contact with machine.
• Continuously monitor the quality of the process.
• Fill out documents and reports as instructed.
• Inspect the rod bodies for defects.
• Pack rods and move to assembly.
• Handle scrap material following procedures.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety policies.
