Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges and measurements.
• Ability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a production machine per procedures.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials for core production.
• Monitor pull force, speed, temperature, and resin level; report discrepancies.
• Detect malfunctions and alert supervisors.
• Prepare for shift change by cleaning equipment and informing the incoming lead.
• Maintain quality by inspecting products hourly.
• Read gauges and record measurements in process logs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow MSDS.
