Job summary

CTS Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to set up and operate precision production equipment including poling, visual inspection, electrical testing, assembly, bonding and wiring, kiln loading, wafer cleaning, and lithography.

You will follow safety and quality procedures, perform routine tasks under supervision, read blueprints and specs, and work as part of a team to ensure quality and production targets are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading, writing and communicating in English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with engineers and management.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality procedures and work instructions.
• Perform tasks per written procedures and assist with production steps.
• Exchange information with colleagues and engineering staff to obtain answers.
• Perform routine production tasks under supervision, including forming, assembling and packaging.
• Use tools and equipment as required and monitor quality and output.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Other duties as directed by management.
