Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in paper, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, pulp & power.
• 15+ years leadership experience.

• Expert in Reliability and Continuous Improvement principles and techniques.
• Experience with Unions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead operating performance for Pulp and Power Departments, including safety, environmental, quality, cost control, productivity and employee engagement.
• Lead, motivate and support a team in a demanding environment, including development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
• Manage budgets, cost improvement plans and long-term planning to meet mill goals.
• Identify opportunities to maximize profitability and improve efficiency and revenue.
• Ensure data collection and metrics drive productivity and quality across the unit.
