Responsibilities

• Lead Pulp Mill Production Department to meet production, cost and quality targets.
• Develop long-term operational plans and downtime strategies to maximize equipment availability.
• Improve safety, environmental compliance and housekeeping across the pulp operation.
• Provide training materials, problem solving support and procedural documentation for frontline supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with state environmental standards and maintain process baselines and cost improvements.
