About The Cystic Fibrosis Center at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler:
The CF Center, located in Northeast Texas, serves a population of 2 million and is the only CF center in the region. It offers comprehensive services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, education, teaching, and research, and has been accredited by the CFF since 1985. The center also provides the only accredited sweat-chloride testing in the region and is led by physicians renowned for work in bronchiectasis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial disease.
