• Location: Near Charlotte, NC
• Facility: 370-bed hospital, 16 beds, Cerner system
• Coverage: Call only, 8-hour shifts, from 8 am onwards. Case involves ICU and pulmonary coverage sporadically.
• Setting: Inpatient hospital; approximately 8 patients per shift, rounding on assigned patients, in-person consults with 11 patients and 11 admissions.
• Certifications: BE/BC, active NC license, ACLS, BLS.
