St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the Pulmonary Unit at Edgewood Hospital.

This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with shifts from 7A to 7P and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. You will perform bedside and unit clerical tasks under supervision, support patients with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while collaborating with licensed staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform vital signs.
• General computer skills and applications.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain the clerical functions of the designated unit.
• Greet patients/visitors and answer telephone.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
