Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Medical Assistant – Pulmonary in Elmhurst, IL. The role involves preparing patients for exams, collecting specimens, obtaining basic labs, and performing phlebotomy under physician supervision.

Hours are full-time (40/wk) with Office Hours 8:30-17:00, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year if still employed at 0.5 FTE+). Some travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification (AHA) required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for off-site locations.
• Flexibility to schedule changes including overtime, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, and perform select routine lab tests.
• Conduct phlebotomy and routine diagnostics under physician supervision.
• Handle clinical and administrative tasks as delegated.
