The Black Women\'s Mental Health Institute is seeking a highly skilled Lung Rescue ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced care for critically ill pulmonary and ECMO patients. You will work within an ICU team to monitor patients, adjust therapies, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based nursing.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, infusion therapy, documentation, and collaboration with intensivists and respiratory therapists.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ICU experience and strong critical care skills.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and complex infusion therapy.
• Ability to act quickly and make sound clinical decisions in high-acuity situations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Manage ventilators and complex infusions with rapid response to clinical changes.
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards.
