Job summary

Health Here seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Lung Rescue ICU to lead frontline care for high-acuity pulmonary patients requiring ECMO and advanced ventilation. You will coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and integral teams to ensure protocol-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include staff education, precepting new nurses, driving quality improvement, and promoting a culture of safety, compassion, and accountability across the unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care nursing and care coordination for complex, high-acuity patients
