Job summary

UChicago Medicine is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Pulmonary Hypertension department to support day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality experiences for learners and participants. This onsite role requires availability for 2 days per week and a base in the greater Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for learning sessions, developing e-learning materials, administering the LMS, and providing administrative support to the Director of Talent Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years’ progressive experience in organizational development and/or learning & development, preferably in healthcare or biomedical environments.
• Proven proficiency with MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and LMS Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages logistical and administrative work to ensure programs run smoothly and cost-effectively.
• Develop e-learning materials, administer LMS, and maintain the department web page.
• Provide administrative support for the Director and the department team members.
• Implement processes to provide an ideal employee experience for all participants.
• Maintain attendance, program evaluations, expenses, and vendor records.
• Perform other duties as requested.
