Job summary

The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Cardiovascular Division is seeking a visionary Assistant, Associate or Full Professor with expertise in Pulmonary Hypertension to join our nationally and internationally recognized team.

In this role, you will work with leadership across the Cardiovascular Division to expand clinical reach, advance cutting-edge research, and help lead one of only two PHA-accredited Comprehensive Care Centers in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and specialized expertise/fellowship training in Pulmonary Hypertension.
• Minnesota Medical License
• Authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive, top-tier care to patients with complex pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure across advanced inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Academic & Research Leadership: Spearhead innovative clinical trials, translational research, or basic science investigations to advance the field of PH.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with Cardiovascular Division leadership to expand regional access to specialized PH care and advance the University’s academic mission.
• Education: Mentor and teach fellows, residents, and medical students within our academic ecosystem.
