You will drive high-quality patient care, mentor staff, and support performance and quality improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure compliant, evidence-based practice and effective resource use in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing required and RN license.
• Experience leading nursing staff and multi-site operations preferred.
• Knowledge of budgets and healthcare finance for unit management.
