Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support Pulmonary in our Colorado clinics. The role involves triaging calls, IV hydration, coordinating follow-up care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and clinic leadership to ensure seamless care.

The position is based in Greeley with occasional float to Loveland. We prefer candidates with prior clinic RN experience; BLS is required, and a valid RN license is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Pulmonary clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing care needs and plan patient care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinic staff.
• Perform IV hydration and other ordered treatments.
• Educate patients and arrange follow-up care.
• Document care and outcomes in patient records.
• Support team with supervision and mentoring as needed.
• Promote quality and safe patient care.
