Job summary

Banner Health Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Pulmonary services in Greeley, CO. The role involves triaging calls, coordinating follow-up care and patient education, and working with physicians, MAs and clinic leadership to ensure seamless care.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with a $1,000 hire-on bonus for external candidates. Minimum RN license and BLS are required; prior acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area applying is desired.
• One year of acute care experience preferred (Banner positions).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning.
• Formulate and adjust a care plan with the health team.
• Implement and coordinate care per physician orders and nursing plan.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care and teaching accordingly.
• Document all assessments, plans, and interventions in the patient record.
