Banner Health’s Cardiovascular Institute of North Colorado Cardiology Clinic in Greeley is hiring a full-time Triage RN. You will manage inbound calls and messages, perform medication reviews, provide patient education, and coordinate care with cardiologists and staff.

On-site with potential float to Loveland, supports a busy cardiology clinic. The role emphasizes nursing judgment, documentation, and referral coordination, with a $1,000 hire-on bonus for external candidates and rotating day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage member/patient calls using established protocols.
• Access electronic health records to review history and coordinate care.
• Document assessments, plans, and dispositions clearly in the system.
• Provide education to patients and coordinate referrals or follow-up care.
• Direct patients to appropriate services and support continuity of care.
