Job summary

Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates in Colorado is seeking a Clinic Nurse to support Pulmonary and Sleep clinics across multiple locations. The RN will assist in patient call triage, medication management, RN visits, and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN degree with BSN preferred, 1–3 years of nursing experience, excellent communication, HIPAA awareness, EMR proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• RN degree required, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the nursing / healthcare field.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to assess and triage patients.
• Excellent communication skills via email, phone and in person.
• HIPAA confidentiality an essential requirement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and coordinate with APP/MD teams.
• Schedule audio and in-person visits for triage patients.
• Coordinate established follow-up appointments.
• Assist in Lung Health Initiative program management.
• Maintain strong communication with staff and providers.
• See patients during nurse visits to assess needs.
• Educate patients on medications and disease states.
