Rancho Seco Care Center in Galt, CA is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to lead pulmonary care for residents and future residents, under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist. The RT will implement treatments and interventions to support health and wellbeing and drive tangible progress in our pulmonary program.

• State licensure as Respiratory Therapist in CA.
• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Active RRT credential.
• ACLS and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees assessments, audits, and ensures therapy documentation.
• Administers respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders.
• Maintains infection control and equipment safety.
• Develops care plans and educates patients and families.
• Operates and troubleshoots respiratory equipment.
• Acts as shift lead and liaises with DON, nurses, physicians.
