Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in acute clinical setting with relevant patient populations.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Proficient in English; strong verbal and written communication; good computer skills.
• Current Louisiana RN license; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practice and care management with patient-specific plans.
• Collaborate with staff to determine treatment and rehabilitation goals.
• Collect specified data and contribute to quality care evaluation.
• Facilitate admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Act as a clinical resource for the interdisciplinary team.
