Responsibilities

• Complete pulmonary assessments and evaluations for residents.
• Monitor respiratory status and identify changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized pulmonary care plans.
• Coordinate respiratory interventions.
• Serve as a primary pulmonary resource and communication leader.
• Provide ongoing education, coaching, and support to staff.
