Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in administrative support.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for pulmonary providers.
• Coordinates Cadence, Outlook, and Epic scheduling for physicians and APPs.
• Manages Epic baskets and urgent patient requests.
• Liaises with scheduling analysts, ambulatory locations, PAC, IT, and other partners.
• Contributes to Pulmonary and Cooper projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
