Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino is hiring a Hard Count Team Member to support ATR kiosks and coin/cash operations on property. You will monitor asset levels, perform drops, fills, and cassette processing while delivering courteous guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous guest service to guests with ATR kiosk issues.
• Monitor ATR kiosk asset levels across the property.
• Perform cash and coin fills on ATR kiosks and drops at both properties.
• Process ATR kiosk cassette assets using counting equipment.
• Assist with minor maintenance of ATR kiosks.
• Verify bags of coin retrieved from Cage booths using counting equipment.
• Verify bags of bank coin for use in casino.
• Retrieve and deliver coin as requested to appropriate areas.

Job Overview: Provide prompt, courteous guest service while monitoring, maintaining, stocking, processing, and verifying ATR kiosk and coin asset operations across the property.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do:

• Provide continuous, prompt and courteous guest service to guests experiencing issues with Automated Ticket Redemption (ATR) kiosks.
• Monitor the asset levels of the ATR kiosks.
• Perform cash and coin fills on ATR kiosks as needed. Perform early/emergency/scheduled drops at both properties.
• Process ATR kiosks cassette assets using counting equipment.
• Assist with minor maintenance of ATR kiosks.
• Verify bags of coin retrieved from Cage booths using counting equipment
• Verify bags of bank coin for use in casino.
• Retrieve/deliver coin as requested to appropriate areas throughout the property.
