Job summary

Elevance Health's CarelonRx PR Sales team is seeking a Specialty Account Manager based in Puerto Rico to build relationships with physician offices, manufacturer reps, and other associates, promoting referral services. This field-based role requires travel to client sites with occasional office work.

You will develop therapy plans, implement territory sales strategies, analyze prescribing patterns, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops therapy plans including targeting, routing, and call cycle based on territory knowledge.
• Utilizes strategic business sales plan and market intelligence for authorization. Implements the territory sales plan and works with manufacturer representatives to maintain current awareness of product updates and other pertinent information.
• Responds to inquiries from referral sources. Analyzes prescribing patterns across the territory and specifically by office.
• Updates the territory sales plan to achieve defined results in collaboration with leadership.
• Works with operations to review procedures and requirements while maintaining awareness of software use and capabilities.
