Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Pick Up & Delivery courier to handle pickup and delivery for FedEx Office stores and customer locations. The role involves driving company vehicles, maintaining logs, and providing courteous customer service.

Responsibilities include route execution, logging maintenance, complying with safety standards, and supporting store duties during downtime. Must meet driving and regulatory requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 2 years driving experience.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Ability to comply with any specialized regulatory or licensing requirements.
• Must meet and maintain FedEx Office motor vehicle requirements annually.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to perform pickup/delivery service for FedEx Office stores and for customers.
• Maintain pickup/delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Follow FedEx Office safety policies and guidelines and observe traffic laws.
• Provide professional customer service during interactions and resolve issues.
• Perform additional duties within the store during non-delivery times.
