Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a PUD Courier in New Jersey to provide customer-focused pick-up and delivery services for FedEx Office stores and customers. You will drive a company vehicle, maintain routes, and ensure timely, accurate service while upholding safety and policy standards.

The role requires at least two years of driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. You must be 21+ and able to work with a dispatcher to optimize daily routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of two years of driving experience.
• Valid and current driver’s license, with ability to meet FedEx Office Motor Vehicle Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery for FedEx Office stores and customers.
• Perform pick-up duties including collecting supplies and vendor items as needed.
• Deliver finished orders and distribute marketing materials.
• Receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher and follow instructions.
• Maintain vehicle and logs in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Ensure courteous, professional customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties within the store during non-delivery times.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain regular attendance.
