Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Pick Up & Delivery Courier to drive a company vehicle, pick up and deliver orders, and support FedEx Office stores and customers. The role includes maintaining logs, following safety policies, and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old with 2+ years of driving experience, and a valid license. Pay transparency notes hourly pay in the range shown and benefits overview is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Ability to comply with regulatory or licensing requirements as determined by location.
• Meet FedEx Office motor vehicle requirements upon hiring and annually thereafter.
• For new hires, meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for FedEx Office stores and customers.
• Perform pick-up duties including receiving completed masters for photocopying orders and picking up supplies from vendors.
• Deliver finished photocopy orders and distribute marketing materials as requested.
• Receive daily route information from a dispatcher via a company-provided phone.
• Operate the vehicle in accordance with motor vehicle regulations and company policies; maintain logs.
• Keep up regular vehicle servicing and cleaning; document duties performed in logs.
• Adhere to FedEx Office safety policies and guidelines; follow accident procedures and traffic laws.
• Provide quality service, answer customer questions, resolve problems, and maintain professional interactions.
• Perform additional duties in-store during non-delivery times.
