• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams.
• Assess risks early and adapt plans to meet timelines and budgets.
• Document production plans and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Improve workflows through process optimization and best practices.
• Oversee financial oversight, vendor setup, and payments.
