Epsilon is seeking a Publisher Services Representative to review publisher applications and ongoing sites to maintain health and quality for Core Private Exchange. You will support clients, collaborate with teams, and help implement rapid onboarding and campaign selections.

The role emphasizes top-notch customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, not required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Hyper-focused on customer satisfaction; 1–2 years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision as well as in a group.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding publisher support primarily via e-mail and telephone; resolve issues promptly.
• Lead publisher support to sub-24-hour response turnaround.
• Escalate publisher issues through appropriate channels.
• Review inbound publisher applications for acceptance.
• Monitor publisher partners for performance and content quality.
• Assist new publishers with rapid implementation and campaign adoption.
• Complete monthly projects to ensure site setup meets standards.
