Job summary

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company powering the marketing and advertising ecosystem. We seek a Publisher Services Representative to review publisher applications and existing sites, ensuring health and quality of Core Private Exchange while delivering exceptional support to clients.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, implement new publishers quickly, and help optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to work with minimal supervision as well as in a group.
• Hyper-focused on customer satisfaction with 1–2 years in a client-facing role.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding publisher support primarily via e-mail and phone, ensuring requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Lead publisher support with sub-24-hour response turnaround.
• Escalate publisher issues through appropriate channels when needed.
• Review inbound publisher applications for acceptance.
• Monitor publisher partners for performance and content quality.
• Assist new publishers to ensure rapid implementation and optimal campaign selection.
• Complete monthly projects to meet Epsilon’s site setup standards.
