Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Publisher Services Representative to review inbound publisher applications and monitor partner sites to maintain the health and quality of Core Private Exchange. You will work closely with clients to provide excellent publisher support and partner with teams to provide additional assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Able to work with minimal supervision as well as within a group environment.
• Hyper-focused on customer satisfaction, preferably proven by at least 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound publisher applications for acceptance.
• Monitor publisher partners for performance and content quality.
• Provide outstanding publisher support primarily via e-mail and telephone.
• Lead publisher support to sub-24-hour response turn-around.
• Escalate publisher support issues through appropriate channels.
• Complete monthly projects to ensure site setup meets standards.
