LHH Recruitment Solutions, partnering with a leading media and entertainment organization in Burbank, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for a 3-month contract. Hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, offering $53-$55/hr depending on experience.

You will support the sales team in driving revenue and manage campaigns from planning through delivery. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in media sales, publisher-side experience, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in media sales, account management, or related fields.
• Publisher-side experience is required.
• Experience coordinating digital and/or traditional media campaigns.
• Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Executives in driving revenue growth through client retention, upselling, and new business development
• Coordinate RFP responses, sales presentations, marketing materials, and client pitches
• Partner with planning, marketing, research, and insights teams to develop strategic advertising solutions
• Oversee campaign execution from booking through delivery, ensuring sponsorships and commitments are fulfilled
• Lead client communications, reporting updates, and campaign performance discussions
• Assist with post-campaign recaps, renewal preparation, and success story development
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support account management activities throughout the sales cycle
