Job summary

Blink Digital is seeking a Publisher Manager to own publisher relationships, grow our supply base, and ensure quality traffic across campaigns. You’ll be the primary contact between the company and publishers, building trust and delivering commercial value.

You’ll onboard partners, plan supply to meet buyer needs, monitor traffic quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate payouts. Ownership and data-driven decisions are essential.

Publisher Manager Job Description
About the role

We're looking for someone who can own publisher relationships, grow our supply base, and ensure consistent, quality traffic across campaigns. This is a partner-facing role where you'll be the single point of contact between the company and our publishers. If you're someone who builds relationships, thinks commercially, and stays on top of numbers this is you.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Publisher Relationship Management: You'll be the go-to person for your assigned publishers. Onboarding new partners, maintaining regular communication, understanding their traffic capabilities, and making sure they see us as their preferred network to work with.
  • Supply Planning & Growth: You understand what the buyers need verticals, geographies, volumes, hours and you build the publisher portfolio to match. When demand shifts, you're already lining up the right sources. You're always recruiting, always testing, always building a bench.
  • Quality & Compliance Management: You monitor publisher traffic quality daily billable percentages, call durations, repeat callers, fraud signals. If something looks off, you act on it immediately.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: You'll work closely with Account Management, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams to keep supply aligned with demand. Campaign pauses, routing changes, cap updates you communicate them to publishers before they find out the hard way.
  • Payouts & Financial Accuracy: You'll ensure publisher payouts are calculated correctly, sent on time, and any disputes are resolved quickly.
  • Escalation Handling: Handle publisher escalations payout disputes, campaign pauses, compliance flags, volume rejections with clarity and fairness. Respond quickly, explain the reasoning, and maintain the relationship even when the answer is no.
  • Data Analysis & Decision Making: You'll review publisher performance data daily volumes, billable rates, RPC, source quality and use it to make decisions. Scale what's working, cut what isn't, and constantly optimize the supply mix for margin and quality.
