Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific field with 3+ years in scientific communications, training, or publications planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and align internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating abstracts, posters, and oral presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendor management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Understand scientific content across designated therapeutic areas.
• Review and edit content for oral and poster presentations at congresses.
• Manage publications vendor and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement publication management systems and processes.
• Develop scientific training materials and tools (MSL decks, FAQs).
• Engage experts for scientific communication efforts and content development.
• Oversee global publication plans and align with company needs.
