Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games is seeking a Sr. Associate for Publications & Information Management to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality pre-Games publications for NOCs/NPCs participating in LA28.

You will ensure timely delivery of Chef de Mission Guides and related publications, manage content from gathering to distribution, and coordinate across translation and information systems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, publishing, or major event operations, with demonstrated project management of content through design, translation, and distribution cycles.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and quality control.
• Strong project coordination and time-management across multiple content pipelines in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with creating clear slides using PowerPoint or Google Slides; ability to work with multilingual content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end timelines, version control, approvals, and distribution across NCS digital and print platforms.
• Drive the lifecycle of core NCS publications, including Chef de Mission Guides, from content gathering to final distribution.
• Coordinate inputs from NCS relations and planning teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of all NCS materials.
• Ensure publications adhere to LA28 editorial standards, branding, translations, and IOC/IPC accessibility requirements.
• Support integration of technology and AI-enabled solutions to improve publication pipelines and efficiency.
• Deliver Chef de Mission Guides and Games-time updates on time.
