Responsabilités

• Collects and loads household recyclables, trash and garbage into a packer truck on the street.
• Picks up waste spilled around the truck and collects other household refuse at the curb or along a City right-of-way.
• Operates truck sweep blade to pack trash and accompanies drivers to the dumpsite.
• Provides ground assistance to the driver and traffic control during back-up and turning maneuvers.
• Assists in cleaning of trucks and may operate a pickup truck to collect trash from City facilities.
• Washes, repairs, and delivers City trash carts; collects trash and recyclables at City facilities and special events.
• Adheres to all City and departmental safety procedures and performs related work.
