Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Public Works Technician to join our team. This role rotates through grounds maintenance, landscaping, municipal property upkeep, and meter reading operations to help maintain safe and attractive communities.

You'll operate equipment, read meters, and assist with road, drainage, and right-of-way projects while supporting community events. A valid driver's license and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and work vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parks, rights-of-way, and municipal properties through mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• Read and record water meter information on assigned routes and support utility reporting.
• Operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, and light maintenance gear.
• Assist with roadway and drainage maintenance projects and signage upkeep.
• Support with community events and traffic safety at work sites.
